By booking with us, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this policy.
1. Reservation Process
How to Book: We offer two convenient ways to book your stay. You can reserve your apartment online through our secure booking page at www.ikeserviceapartments.com/booking, or call us directly at 0913328785 for personalized assistance.
Booking Confirmation: Your reservation is considered confirmed only after you have received a confirmation message (via email or SMS) from our team and any required booking deposit has been successfully paid.
2. Payment Policy
Booking Deposit: To secure your reservation, a deposit of [50%] of the total booking amount is required at the time of booking. This deposit guarantees your apartment for your selected dates.
Final Payment: The remaining balance of your payment is due upon your arrival at check-in.
Payment Methods: We accept payment via direct bank transfer and cash. Details for online and bank transfer payments will be provided during the booking process.
3. Check-in and Check-out Policy
Check-in Time: Standard check-in time is from 2:00 PM onwards.
Check-out Time: Standard check-out time is by 12:00 PM (noon).
Early Check-in / Late Check-out: Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability. To guarantee availability, we recommend booking the preceding or following night. Additional charges may apply for unconfirmed late check-outs.
Identification: For the safety and security of our guests, a valid form of government-issued identification may be required upon check-in.
4. Cancellation and Modification Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as fair as possible.
Standard Cancellation (48 Hours+ Notice): If you wish to cancel your reservation, please provide us with at least 48 hours' notice before your scheduled 2:00 PM check-in time. In this case, your deposit will be fully refunded.
Late Cancellation (Less than 48 Hours' Notice): For cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice before the scheduled check-in time, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
No-Show: If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notification, the reservation will be considered a "No-Show." The full booking amount may be charged, and the deposit will be forfeited.
Modifying Your Booking: If you need to change the dates of your stay, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. All date modifications are subject to availability and may result in a rate change.
5. General Apartment Policies
Occupancy: Only the number of guests agreed upon during the reservation are permitted to stay overnight in the apartment.
Damages: Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to the apartment or its contents during their stay. The cost of repair or replacement for any damages will be charged to the guest. A refundable security deposit may be required at check-in.
No Parties or Events: To ensure a peaceful and comfortable environment for all our residents, loud music, parties, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
Smoking: Ike Service Apartment is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted inside any of our apartments.
Pets: For the comfort of all guests, we maintain a strict no-pets policy.
