Welcome to Ike Service Apartment. These Terms and Conditions govern your booking and stay at our property. By making a reservation with us, you, the guest, acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Agreement to Terms

By completing a reservation via our website (www.ikeserviceapartments.com/booking), by phone, or through any other channel, you accept and agree to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of yourself and all members of your party.

2. Definitions

  • "Apartment" refers to the specific unit of accommodation reserved by the Guest.

  • "Guest" / "You" refers to the person making the reservation and all individuals staying at the property under that reservation.

  • "Management" / "We" / "Us" refers to the owners, managers, and staff of Ike Service Apartment.

  • "Property" refers to the entire premises of Ike Service Apartment.

3. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until a booking deposit has been received and a confirmation has been issued by Management.

  • A booking deposit, typically equivalent to [50%] of the total stay, is required to secure a reservation. The remaining balance is due upon check-in.

  • All rates are quoted in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are subject to change without notice prior to booking confirmation.

  • Management reserves the right to cancel any booking where payment has not been received by the specified due date.

4. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in is from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival.

  • Check-out is by 12:00 PM (noon) on the day of departure.

  • A valid, government-issued photo ID is required from the primary guest upon check-in.

  • Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be required at check-in. This deposit is held to cover any potential damages, breakages, or violations of apartment policies. It will be returned to the Guest upon a satisfactory inspection of the apartment after check-out.

5. Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is outlined in our Booking Policy. In summary:

  • Cancellations made with more than 48 hours' notice before check-in time are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the booking deposit.

  • In the event of a "No-Show" (failure to arrive without notice), the full booking amount may be charged.

6. Guest Conduct and Responsibilities

  • Occupancy: The number of persons occupying the apartment must not exceed the number stated in the reservation confirmation.

  • Noise and Nuisance: Guests are requested to conduct themselves in a manner that does not disrupt the peace and comfort of other residents. Excessive noise, parties, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited. Management reserves the right to terminate the stay of any guest who is deemed to be causing a disturbance, with no refund provided.

  • Smoking: The Property is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside all apartments. A significant cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates this policy.

  • Pets: Pets are not permitted on the Property.

  • Cleanliness: Guests are expected to leave the apartment in a reasonably tidy condition.

7. Damage to Property

  • The Guest will be held financially responsible for any loss or damage to the apartment, its fixtures, furniture, or any items on the Property caused by the Guest or any member of their party.

  • Costs for repair or replacement will be deducted from the security deposit. If the cost exceeds the security deposit, the Guest will be invoiced for the remaining amount.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Management is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. Guests are advised to secure their valuables.

  • Guests use the Property's facilities, including the car park, at their own risk. Management shall not be held liable for any personal injury or property damage that may occur on the premises.

9. Right to Evict

Ike Service Apartment reserves the right to terminate the stay and evict any Guest or member of their party without a refund for any serious breach of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to: disruptive behavior, causing damage to the property, smoking inside the apartment, or engaging in illegal activities.

10. Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of your reservation and to provide you with our services. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

12. Amendments

Ike Service Apartment reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will be posted on our website.
